No one can know the difference. Thats what the recession hit North Tyneside Council has adopted as its slogan. In its effort to support the businesses of the people on Whitley Bay, the council has come up with the idea of putting up fake shop fronts!

The idea is to help other shops survive by putting up an aesthetically pleasing high street look for everyone to see. Not sure whether these facades can lure buyers, but it does look like an unconventional approach to a worrying problem.

Listed at $25 million, the property boasts of a tennis court, a swimming pool facing the mountains and tiny houses and a 2000 square foot gym. The house has stone and wood flooring, a large guest house area and a 360 degrees view of the spectacular countryside.
